WYN Polymers has announced the successful startup of its new state-of-the-art reactor, now fully operational. This strategic investment increases the company’s production capacity by approximately 30%, reinforcing its ability to reliably and efficiently serve its growing customer base across North America.

The new reactor represents a significant milestone in WYN’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, supply reliability, and scalable growth. Designed with advanced process control and flexibility, the reactor enhances WYN’s ability to produce high-performance polymer emulsions with greater consistency and responsiveness to market demand.

This expansion, in combination with the recently launched Center of Technology (CTW), reflects WYN Polymers’ integrated approach to becoming the partner of choice for its customers. Together, these investments strengthen the company’s capabilities across all critical areas: logistics, technical service, product development, and inventory management.

Jorge Saldana, Managing Director and CEO of WYN Polymers, commented: “The startup of this new reactor is a key step forward in our growth strategy. It not only expands our capacity, but also enhances our ability to respond quickly and effectively to our customers’ needs. Combined with the CTW, we are building a stronger, more agile organization focused on delivering exceptional value across every touchpoint.”

With this latest investment, WYN Polymers continues to demonstrate its commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer-centricity—ensuring that partners have the support, technology, and supply assurance needed to succeed in an increasingly dynamic market.
